High Wind Watch issued January 19 at 1:40PM MST until January 21 at 5:00PM MST by NWS Billings MT

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills of 30
to 40 below expected. For the High Wind Watch, west winds 30 to 40
mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE…Judith Gap, Southern Wheatland, and Melville Foothills.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to
noon MST Monday. For the High Wind Watch, from Monday evening
through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
this evening through Monday morning could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Strong crosswinds could make travel difficult Monday evening through
Tuesday afternoon, especially for high profile vehicles.
