* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
10 to 20 inches in the most persistent lake snows, mainly from
Northern Cattaraugus and southern Erie counties into western
Wyoming county. The heaviest and most impactful snowfall is
expected between Monday and Tuesday evening.

* WHERE…Wyoming, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 AM Monday to 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult very poor visibility and
deep snow cover on roads.
