* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2
to 3 feet in the most persistent lake snows across the Tug Hill
Region, with lesser amounts further north and east.

* WHERE…Jefferson and Lewis Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 PM Monday to 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult to impossible with very
poor visibility and deep snow cover on roads. Some major roadways
could temporarily close.
