Winter Storm Warning issued January 19 at 9:52PM EST until January 20 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3
inches with totals between 5 and 9 inches.

* WHERE…The mid-Hudson Valley, eastern Catskills, central and
southern Taconics, and the Rensselaer Plateau in eastern New York,
western Massachusetts, northwest Connecticut, and southern Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be difficult to
impossible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Increasing northwest winds gusting to 20 mph
tonight combined with colder temperatures will result in wind
chills or “feel-like temperatures” in the single digits with
below-zero readings for elevations 1000 feet and higher.
