* WHERE…Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania and
northern West Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous as temperatures drop drastically
overnight. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
