* WHAT…Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1
and 3 inches within the most persistent lake effect snow.

* WHERE…Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, and Lake
Counties.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Visibility may
periodically drop to as low as one-half of a mile in heavier
bursts of snow tonight. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Monday morning commute.

Rain/snow showers returned to the Yukon Delta Sunday afternoon as the next system arrived. Showers will stretch north to St. Lawrence Island by Monday morning and to the southern Seward Peninsula by noon Monday. Showers are expected to be a messy rain/snow mix, especially in the Yukon Delta and lower Yukon Valley where the mix will be more rain than snow. Neosho River near Parsons affecting Neosho and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood waters spread over fields to a distance of 1 and one fourth miles. Several county roads, mainly along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience water entering their homes at basement levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Monday
