Winter Weather Advisory issued January 19 at 9:15PM EST until January 20 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT…Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3
and 5 inches within the most persistent lake effect snow. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. Patchy blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility, especially on Monday. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The greatest snow rates are expected tonight
into Monday morning, when rates can exceed one inch per hour at
times within organized lake effect bands.
