* WHAT…Very cold wind chills between 20 below and 30 below will
linger into tonight before improving around midnight.

* WHERE…McCone and Prairie Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
