I-30 corridor. Very cold wind chills between 10 to 15 degrees
across the I-20 corridor.

* WHERE…Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, north
central and northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, and east and
northeast Texas.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure.
