Cold Weather Advisory issued January 20 at 9:20PM CST until January 21 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Aberdeen SD

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 36 below.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, and northeast South
Dakota.

* WHEN…Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
