* WHAT…Very cold wind chills of 15 to 25 below zero.

* WHERE…Portions of western and south central South Dakota and
northeast Wyoming.

* WHEN…Until 8 AM MST /9 AM CST/ this morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
