Cold Weather Advisory issued January 21 at 12:53AM MST until January 21 at 9:00AM MST by NWS Grand Junction CO

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below expected.

* WHERE…Animas River Basin, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River, San
Juan River Basin, Central Gunnison and Uncompahgre River Basin,
and Debeque to Silt Corridor.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM MST this morning.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
