* WHAT…Very cold wind chill temperatures will drop to 25 to 35
degrees below zero this morning.

* WHERE…Bighorn Mountains. This includes Powder River Pass and
Granite Pass.

* WHEN…Until 5 AM MST early this morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not
taken.
