Cold Weather Advisory issued January 21 at 2:08AM CST until January 21 at 3:00PM CST by NWS Lincoln IL

* WHAT…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 21 below. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills as low as 16 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, and southeast Illinois.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 3 PM CST this
afternoon. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this
evening to 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
