as low as 12 below. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills as low as 14 below expected.

* WHERE…Perry County.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until noon EST today.
For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to
noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
