times through sunrise, wind chills may be near -30 north along and
north of Interstate 80 in south central Nebraska.
* WHERE…All of south central Nebraska and portions of north
central Kansas.
* WHEN…Until noon CST today. Chill factors will begin to improve
after 9 AM and be out of advisory criteria by Noon.
* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
