* WHERE…Clearfield and Northern Centre Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if precautions
are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The lowest wind chills will be during the
late night and early morning hours.
