* WHAT…For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
23. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as
15. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as
low as 5 expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Alabama, Panhandle Florida, and
southwest Georgia.

* WHEN…For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ this
morning. For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM EST /10 AM
CST/ this morning. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM EST
/midnight CST/ to 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing
temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes. Frost and freeze
conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and
possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
