as low as 8 degrees expected. For the second Cold Weather
Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 5 degrees expected.

* WHERE…Portions of Piedmont North Carolina and Upstate South
Carolina.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this
morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this
evening to noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia and
frostbite if precautions are not taken.
