southwest Virginia.

* WHEN…From 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ this evening to 10 AM EST /9 AM
CST/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Very cold temperatures will pose a threat to pipes,
pets, and people Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Ambient temperatures alone will be
dangerously cold, ranging near 10 above to single digits below
zero.
