as low as 6 above. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold
wind chills as low as 5 above expected.

* WHERE…Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Eastern Currituck, Gates,
Hertford, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans, and Western
Currituck Counties.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this
morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight
tonight to 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
