Extreme Cold Warning issued January 20 at 9:12PM CST until January 21 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN

* WHAT…Dangerously cold wind chills will drop to between 35 and 40
degrees below zero.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, south central,
southeast, southwest, and west central Minnesota and northwest and
west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
