Extreme Cold Warning issued January 21 at 2:03AM CST until January 21 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Chicago IL

* WHAT…Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 32 below.

* WHERE…Boone, De Kalb, La Salle, Lee, Ogle, Winnebago, Lake IL,
and McHenry Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind chills will rise above 30 below by 11 AM
to noon, but likely will not rise above 20 below until 2 to 3 PM.
