Extreme Cold Warning issued January 21 at 3:14AM EST until January 22 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT…Dangerously cold wind chills between 10 below to 20 below.

* WHERE…Carbon and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing
temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
