as 13. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
as low as 7 above expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening.
For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 9 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing
temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes. Wind chill values
can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Very cold
temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
