as 15. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills
below 10 possible in areas that receive heavier snow totals.

* WHERE…Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening.
For the Extreme Cold Watch, from this evening through Wednesday
morning.

* IMPACTS…Prolonged exposure to low wind chills can lead to
hypothermia.
