60 mph. Isolated gusts in excess of 75 mph on the favored
coastal slopes and canyons.
* FIRE WEATHER WATCH WINDS…Northeast 20 to 30 with gusts up to
55 mph, peaking Thursday morning and afternoon.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…10-15 percent tongiht, falling to as low as
4-8 percent Tuesday and Thursday.
