* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Mainly to transportation. Strong
cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile
vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. In addition,
areas of blowing snow could lead to reduced visibility, even
whiteout conditions, and slick roads.
