* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to
3 feet in the most persistent lake snows from Watertown southward,
with lesser amounts further north and east.

* WHERE…Jefferson and Lewis Counties.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult to impossible with very
poor visibility and deep snow cover on roads. Some major roadways
could temporarily close.
