* WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations upwards of 3 inches and ice accumulations around a
light glaze.

* WHERE…Coastal Jefferson Parish, Lower Lafourche, Lower
Plaquemines, and Lower Terrebonne Parishes.

* WHEN…Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning and evening commutes.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southern Connecticut, including the following counties, Fairfield and New Haven. * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 414 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
