* IMPACTS…Travel may be difficult. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Visibilities will be limited in heavy snowfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The worst conditions are expected between
noon and 6 pm Tuesday where snowfall rates as high as 1 to 2
inches per hour are possible in Turnagain Pass. Rain may mix in
at times. Rain on snow covered roads may lead to slippery
conditions and ponding of water. A rain/snow mix with up to 6
inches of snow is possible for Whittier and along Portage
