* WHAT…Very cold temperatures of 0 to 10 below zero expected for
most locations late tonight into Wednesday morning.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead
to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
