as 13 expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold
wind chills as low as 7 expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN…For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM CST this morning.
For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 10 AM CST
Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing
temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
