black ice.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast Georgia and Upstate South Carolina.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Lingering snowpack and black ice will create very
slippery conditions on roads, bridges and sidewalks. The hazardous
conditions will likely impact the morning commute.
