* WHAT…Very cold temperatures between 12 and 20 degrees expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
central Louisiana and southeast Texas.

* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead
to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
