* WHAT…Very cold wind chills between 10 to 20 degrees below zero
expected.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Garrett County. In Virginia, Western
Highland and Eastern Highland Counties, and Northern Virginia
Blue Ridge and Central Virginia Blue Ridge. In West Virginia,
Western Grant, Eastern Grant, Western Pendleton and Eastern
Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to
these temperatures. An extended period of freezing
temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Very cold air temperatures between zero
degrees and 10 degrees below zero expected.
