Winds gusting to 45 mph will create areas of blowing snow through
mid morning. Hazardous travel may be possible due to slick roads and
reduced visibilities of 1/2 mile or less. This includes portions
of Interstate 90 from mile markers 30 to 52. Winds will begin to
slowly diminish later this morning, with conditions improving.
