* IMPACTS…People should consider delaying all travel, and use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary. Expect
visibilities to a half mile or less at times, due to falling and
blowing snow. This includes portions of Interstate 90 south of
Crow Agency through Sheridan County Wyoming.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow and blowing snow will gradually decrease
