* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 5 inches.

* WHERE…Jefferson County.

* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact this evenings commute, mainly from
Watertown northward to the Thousand Islands region. Heavier snow
will then impact regions south of Watertown after the evening
commute.

FEMA Extends Individual Assistance Deadline for Homeowners and Renters in Kentucky FRANKFORT, Ky. – Kentucky homeowners and renters who suffered uninsured or underinsured damage to their property from the February Severe Storms, Flooding and Straight-line winds now have a few weeks left to apply for federal disaster assistance. FEMA has extended the application deadline to Sunday, May 25, 2025. FEMA assistance for individuals affected by the severe weather can cover rental assistance, temporary housing, home repairs, personal property losses and other disaster-related needs not covered by insurance.
