southern areas.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, northeast, southeast,
and west central New Mexico.

* WHEN…Until 8 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
