* WHAT…For the Air Stagnation Advisory, poor air quality will
continue. This is due to an inversion and stagnant air conditions
near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants. For the
first Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28
possible. For the second Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures
as low as 29 possible.

* WHERE…South Central Oregon Coast. This includes North Bend,
Reedsport, and Bandon.

* WHEN…For the Air Stagnation Advisory, until noon PST Friday. For
the first Freeze Watch, from late Friday night through Saturday
morning. For the second Freeze Watch, from late Saturday night
through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…Poor air quality may cause issues for people with
respiratory problems. Frost and freeze conditions could kill
crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected
outdoor plumbing.
