10 inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE…Oswego County.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult at times, mainly over the
southern portion of the county. The hazardous conditions will
impact this mornings commute and possibly this evenings as well.
