Temperatures have dropped below zero and near ten below zero in
some places this morning. Light winds have lead to sproadic
wind chills of 20 below zero. There will be a short period
through about 9 AM as winds increase and temperatures remain
below zero when wind chills in the negative teens to negative 20
are possible. This is especially true in areas where snow fell on
Wednesday.
