21 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 20 expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Alabama, the Big Bend and Panhandle
of Florida, and south central and southwest Georgia.

* WHEN…From midnight EST /11 PM CST/ tonight to 9 AM EST /8 AM
CST/ Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values and very cold temperatures can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Frost and freeze conditions
could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage
unprotected outdoor plumbing.
