* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to
10 AM PST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to 7
AM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS…Wind chill and very cold temperatures can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.
