Winter Weather Advisory issued January 24 at 12:09PM PST until January 25 at 10:00PM PST by NWS Elko NV

* WHAT…Snow expected. For the US-50 corridor, expect total snow
accumulations 2 to 5 inches. For Northwest Nye county, expect
total snow accumulations 1 to 4 inches. Locally higher amounts
possible along passes and summits.

* WHERE…White Pine, Southern Lander and Southern Eureka, Ruby
Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, South Central Elko, and
Northwestern Nye Counties.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 10 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
