near the ground with deteriorated air quality.

* WHERE…Nezperce, Winchester, Pomeroy, Craigmont, Soldiers Meadow
Road, Culdesac, Kamiah, Clarkston, Alpowa Summit, Lewiston Grade,
Gifford, Peck, Lewiston, and Lapwai.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Periods of air stagnation can lead to the buildup of
pollutants near the surface.
