* WHERE…Northern Franklin, Northern St. Lawrence, and Southwestern
St. Lawrence Counties.

* WHEN…From Monday morning through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
