* WHAT…Heavy snow mixing with rain below 1500 ft elevation.
Additional snow accumulations of 8 to 18 inches and up to one
tenth of an inch of rain. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Middle Yukon Valley and Lower Yukon and Innoko Valleys.

* WHEN…Until 3 AM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult. Gusty winds combined
with heavy, wet snow could bring down tree branches.
