* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph could reduce visibility to 1/2 mile at times.

* WHERE…Lower Yukon River.

* WHEN…Until midnight AKST Sunday night.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility.
